Use your breath to calm your mind and body.

Practice gratitude and random acts of kindness.

Air Mini-Meditation

Take three slow breaths.

With each inhale, notice the sensation of the air in your nose or throat. With each exhale, let your shoulders soften.

Then gently imagine your mind is as vast as the sky – your mind, thoughts and energy expanding and becoming free.

You might like to close the meditation by stating the affirmation below.

YOUR AFFIRMATION

I touch life gently, like a feather moving in the wind. I adapt and move with grace and ease.

Reflection Questions

  • What limiting beliefs are you facing at the moment? (e.g I can’t do anything right)
