The Earth element provides the stability and consistency needed to feel safe and centered in life. Like an unmovable rock, earth helps you to stay true to who you are and your values.

Just as you can rely on the solid earth beneath your feet, you can begin to trust in yourself. This feeling of stability will help you to feel centered and stop overthinking.

The energy of earth is abundant, nurturing and revitalising, it will support you when you’re feeling tired and low on energy. Think of earth as your recharging station – plug into earth by taking a nap or walking in nature and allow it to revitalise you.

The slow nature of earth will help you to slow down and become more present in your everyday life.

Earth Mini-Meditation

Step outside barefoot. Feel your feet on the ground and imagine roots gently spreading from your soles into the earth.

With each exhale, release the weight you’ve been carrying and let the ground hold you.

As you inhale feel or imagine the positive energy of the earth revitalising you.

Repeat this practice (while standing or sitting) as often as you need for 5 to 10 minutes. You may also like to include the affirmation below.

My name’s Elissa, I’m your heart-centered meditation guide and mentor for sensitive, intuitive souls.

Through gentle, instinctive meditation practices, embodied awareness, and nature connection I help deep-feeling individuals move from overwhelm and disconnection into inner balance, self-trust, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Nature is my happy place, my place to reconnect with myself, and find peace and inspiration.

Water feels like home to me, particularly the ocean. Laying listening to the waves wash against the shore is music to my soul, it feels as if each wave washes away my worries and fills me with life.
