
The Water Element - Flow and Emotional Ease

Water is here to help you flow with life, so it stops feeling like an uphill battle.
Each element has a unique energy and can also be seen as an archetype. By understanding the energy of earth you can awaken its beneficial qualities within you.
How Water Can Help You:
The Water element is soothing and healing, helping you to attune to your emotions, release and let go. The Water element will provide you with the ease and flow needed to navigate difficult emotions.
It’s this pushing against resistance that becomes exhausting. Water is the gentle force that clears out blockages and stuck emotions that are causing you to struggle in life. Think of flowing water washing away your stress and allowing positive energy to flow.
Water is also the element of play and creativity. Lean into your child-like creativity and playfulness if life has become too serious.
Water can be gentle or powerful - connecting with water allows you to be both sensitive and strong.
Become aware of the daily flow of your emotions.
Practice letting go of repetitive thoughts.
Lean into your sensitivity – don’t be afraid to have a good cry.
Spend time doing a creative or playful activity.
Water Mini-Meditation
Close your eyes and imagine yourself floating in calm water. You're supported and safe.
As you breathe in and out, let the gentle rhythm of water remind you that it’s okay to surrender and release.
As you inhale feel or imagine the life energy of water filling you with joy, as you exhale allow your body to soften and your energy to flow.
Repeat this practice for 2 to 5 minutes. You may also like to include the affirmation below.
